Old school customer service, and he gets the job done! He followed up with the manufacturer for a specific set of issues, and my laptop is back in working order. Definitely preferable to getting stuck on dial in menus or pressured to buy something new by sales associates. Check him out! He also kept me updated each step of the way and confirmed any cost of parts and labor before proceeding.

This Guy is the best in town. Super Honest, Through and Smart. I brought him a computer that another shop failed to fix. He diagnosed their error and the problem they missed, all for free. Once he started the job he realized that it would cost more than I expected and immediately let me know and advised me how to proceed. I cannot recommend him more highly. This kind of honesty and ability is rare and hard to find. I doubt you’ll find a better place to take you computer
